xb12ss tail on a Uly ??

I might be double posting this( the first one disappeared on me ?) . It's been discussed on here before, but I can't find it anywhere now. Does anyone have a breakdown of what I'll need to do this , and once it's done , is it impossible to change back . Any help would be appreciated , Thanks.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the subfame, tail, underpan, and seat. Bolt it on put the guts in (figuring out how to mount them might be a task ) and go... swapping back would require the exact same. But I've never done it so there maybe more just going on what Ive seen of other swaps

I thought about doing that to my old (2008) Uly. I just went and traded it for an SS. Figured it would be far too expensive, and I like the streetfighter look better.

The white one is exactly what I'm after . I think I'm gonna try and find a subframe and seat for starters and see how it goes. If not , I'll be after a whole bike . Thanks for all the help.

Damn! The black and red bike is friggen sweet! I have an 09' Blue Uly and was going to start looking for a new color, but I guess I'm going to have to get the rims now too! [up] I'll keep the tail though.

Where can I find translucent parts for the Uly, or any body parts really. I am thinking of changing the look of my Buell now that I have another bike for 2 up riding.

I really like the look with the tail swap but no way I could give up my top case. It's my anti-ticket charm and just too handy :)
