That is a beautiful part of colorado! I lived in Durango for a year but i didn't own a motorcycle back then. The roads are ok i would just watch out for spots that have been washed out then re-paved, they tend to be a little bumpy. If you are in that area go ride through Durango to Silverton and Ouray. That is one of the most beautiful drives i have ever been on! Be safe and have fun
