XB Intake Air Temperature Sensors....Same as Ford?

Has anyone confirmed the XB IAT sensor is actually a Ford part?

It looks IDENTICAL to the sensor used on F150s, Mustangs, etc. Just curious if anyone has actually confirmed the part is indeed the same.

I have an IAT sensor on order from my local HD dealer, but it won't be in for over a week, and I'm hoping the Ford sensor is the same as the Buell sensor, and I'll just head to my local dealer to pick one up.

FYI - sensor is bad, confirmed by ECMSpy datalogging.

I don't know for sure but did notice that the injectors had ford on them as well

that is correct. I have a feeling the TPS is a Ford part as well.

Hoping someone else can chime in with some info....

if injectors are ford that could open up all kinds of options.
