factory race exhaust repack?

a friend of mine has one with several miles on it. the tone has become more hollow over the years. are these made to be repacked? i looked at the underside and saw a rivited plate, not sure if it is for access or just a race use only warning that is stamped on it. thanks

Sure it's a race pipe? I've never seen one with rivets.

i never had either, has buell label and race use only tag

the older buell race pipes had a plate rivited on it, saying it was for race use only. the later ones did not. i'm pretty sure you can't repack it (100%). what condition is it in? is it dented bad on the bottom? post a pic. if you can.
