did you "pre-lube" the seal so when you installed the filter it didnt twist/pinch and leave a spot for oil to leak by also did you fill the filter piror to installing it? I have had experience <not on a motorcycle> with an epmty filter suddenly getting filled with oil causing a blowby at the seal

Could just be a bad filter. Cheap to replace, easy fix.

should always dip your finger in clean oil and run it over the filter seal sso the seal doesnt spin in the seat and get pinched

all of the above
- bad filter
- no lube before install
- not lose, but crooked

just reinstall it and see if it's still a problem ;)

Mybe over tightened? If you go to tight on the filter you can break the seal. When in doubt..change it out :p

agreed.. change oil filter out/ reinstall..

also you might want to check the oil cooler lines.. they run right by that spot.. you might have a pin hole in one or something..
