Okay, I have a small nick on one wheel, and would like to touch it up. Does anyone know of a source for "proper" touch up paint, or the paint code for the sunset orange wheels? Failing that, a good alternative? I saw a high temp engine paint that looked close, but I don't really want to take a blind shot. THX!

Okay, I'm not being a wiseass, but does that mean there's no part number for sunset orange? I looked in the '07 parts catalog and didn't find one. I also tried to reverse lookup the numbers in the list, and they aren't in there either.

Blazing orange is closer to KTM orange than the reddish color of sunset orange. The only image I could find showed it as a frame and wheel color on tubers.
 
Think you need the Transluscent Amber (goldish orange) like mine uses. Yeah, Sunset Orange is more of a reddish bright orange. Below is a pic of Transluscent Orange for reference (nevermind arrow):

All I see is the arrow, I try to look away but i just cant[confused]. Looks like Baal and I are screwed then regarding factory support, what gives.[mad]

Sunset Orange and Trenlucent Amber are two entirely different colors.
 
I LOVE that sunset orange and would LOVE to get one , but the wife said NO MORE bikes until she gets her own bike . That SCARES me !!! :eek:
 
My wife rides a tricked out XB9S....I think it's badass that she rides! (and I don't have to always ride with a passenger....)
