Yeah that's the same price I came up with. Gel inserts for front and rear.I'm 6 foot so the fact that I can get it raised will help a lot on longer rides with leg cramping.

Looks like a sofa. If your seat is going to lift you up that high you might want to consider some taller bars, or risers. When I went from the scg seat to the taller 9sx(05/06) seat I had extra leg room, but was also noticeably leaned forward.
Idk how they would look on a firebolt :(. If i get a lighting this is a needed option.

Maiden that is actually part of my plan I bought a set of Driven carbon fiber bars that are 1 1/8", but I still need the risers. Thinking about the ones from Americansportbike.com just for the fact that they have extra holes to mount electronics. This way I can mount my Iphone there and I can actually change songs and playlist on loner rides.

There is an option on the site to have the back seat the same color as the bike panels like a pillon or cowl cover. Does anyone have Photoshop that would be willing to color the back seat white( my bikes the same as photo) even the slightly angled piece that slants on the ouside edge down toward the front seat. I would greatly appreciate it and flip a rep poiint.
Im still confused as to why the only offer full seats for the firebolts. Whats up with that? :( Give me 2 separate seats!

Loki I just looked up the seat for the Firebolts to see what you were talking about, very interesting I have to say. I would like to see on on a Bolt. I can't find a picture anywhere online. Actually might not be too bad.

Padded bicycle shorts: $50.
Can now ride from full tank to fuel light on, easy.
Nothing to add to the bike, no extra cost, no "custom" work that fits some average guy somewhere else.
(also Buell touring seat, don't kid yourself, it's barely any softer and isometric 7" ball between knees when watching racing)

Here is the problem with just using padded shorts for me. I have a 2009 lightning Ss and with the stock seat my legs cramp on long rides. I also have the urban solo seat( so I think it's called) which doesn't cramp my legs but makes my ass hurt after a while due to the narrow shape on top. The reason I want to know about this seat is because it has gel insert and I can get it raised up to prevent camping. Both problems solved. just would like to talk to someone who has one before ordering. I'm not a candy ass but I do want the most comfortable ride possible.

Hello,
For that model, we do not have any seat in stock for that model, we can only modify your original seat to transform it in a great comfort version. We always modify both pieces since we add a backrest on the front seat and modify the rear seat.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Best regards,
Top Sellerie
theres the nagging question but i don't need no stinking back rest :o

I would hope it's not a normal high back rest. I would think it's probably like a large lip, I would hope at least.
Damn. Ill just make my own seat.

Yeah I think I'm going to do a custom recover on my solo TT seat for my SS. Show some pics as soon as I get it done. I think I still might spend part of my tax return on the seat at the top though.
