I heard about this, didn't think the people would actually let it pass. I'd love to see Bell's profits once this goes in affect.

And they probably didn't pay them off, I don't think there is any government, anywhere, that's had any sort of common sense in the past 20 years.
 
Likely being reversed. Elections possibly coming up and a lot of complaining.
 
the CRTC controls all of that **** up here.. and being big business they tell the gov that happens to be in power as too whats the dealio (typical of all huge corporations)

its an effort to 'control' the internet, seems goverments like the idea of controlling what people can and cannot look at online..

The Obama admin has some tricks up its sleeve too, ya know in case those darn terra-ists cyber attack North America...
just shut off the net in case..(its for our own good, safety, homeland security and all that jazz)
