I got a Hall Pass! Well, not that kind but the wife is letting me go for a overnight bike trip. I live in San Diego so I'm thinking heading up to the Rock Store off of Mulholland Drive North of LA then up to Solvang to the Motorcycle Museum. I have always wanted to see one of the 10 John Britten V1000 bikes and the one of the Harley Davidson VR1000 superbikes and they have both of them there. Maybe pass through the Joshua Tree National Forrest and Idyllwild on the way home too. That would be 903 miles in two days and does not leave time for much else going by the Sultan Sea and Borrego Springs too. Hmmmm and all on a XB12R and my 41 year old ass:)

We have Idlewild here in PA too, it's just not spelled as silly.
