Finally, buy the Ecmspy cable from Ebay!
But why all drivers and applications are installed, suggesting: "Recieve Error: Got NAK"? or”transmission timed out!“
Please!Help me~~~~~:(

There is no 2003 XB12R, unless I am mistaken. I thought 2003 was only XB9R, then the XB12R came out in 2004.
At any rate, the "Receive Error: Got NAK" is probably because you didn't have your ignition AND kill switch set to RUN. If you did, try using another COM port on your computer, and make sure all connections are secure.

If you got the cable from eBay, you might need to take off the orange rubber seal. Makes it to tight to make full contact inside the plug. Mine didn't work at first, removed then works everytime.

by the way this bike does the nameplate says the bike is in June 2003 ?!
So I am very puzzled, XB12r firebolt in the end was 03 or 04 years to begin production? !

Your bike is a 2004 XB12R that was built in June 2003. The tenth digit in your vin# will be the year of the vehicle. Example V-97, W-98, X-99, Y-00, 1-01, 2-02, 3-03, 4-04 and so on. Most likely your bike was one of the first ones on a show room floor at a dealership.

if not set, check "idle fuel & spark adj." and "idle closed loop" in system config. change spark advance at 2000 rpm and load 10, 20 to 6°, 12°. set spark advance at 800-1350 rpm and load 10 to 6°, 8°, 6.5°, load 20 to 6.75°, 9.5°, 6.75°. subtract 8° from the right column of the "idle spark advance adjustment" table (accessible in tunerpro only).
