Steering Stem Nut

Does anybody have and extra or know where I can get one. I'm talking about the cap that screws onto the top of the steering stem. It's right in the middle of the upper clamp. I have a great idea for a GPS/Phone mount but I want to try it on a spare before I do it to mine first.
