take the clutch cable off, remove the shifter link, loosen the chain tensioner, and remove all the bolts.
Follow the manual which is linked above or at Buell Mods. Pretty easy. [up]

you can just remove the clutch cable from the clutch pulley inside to make it easy. i have done this a couple of times and then i didn't have to worry about trying to re thread it back into the cover itself(which sometimes can be difficult since its at a funny angle). if you are replacing the start seal you will need an allen wrench with the balls at the end, the starting gear covers one of the bolt slightly.

so you can just remove the cable end from inside the clutch cover?? don't have to unthread the entire cable to pull off primary??
thought about pulling the cable off to replace oring and threadlocking for sealing it but if i can not worry about it, then i won't since it will probably break and no dealerships around here support buell!!!

yeah just remove the inspection cover and follow the steps in the manual for taking it off the clutch. its super easy. i found it easier to do it this way, especially if you are just replacing the primary gasket and the starter gasket. just dont let it hang by the cable. it will also require you to adjust your clutch upon reassembly. there is also a special pattern to follow when torquing the primary cover back down, its all in the manual.

Yeah just be careful remove the cable from the Ramp. put the spring etc.,and small parts in clean area.Check the wear on the Tensioner while you are loosening it up Manual will have spec., and an exploded view.Shifter seal is always a must.Starter seal is easy as well. Torque evenly.
