does this sound like everything i need?
Fork Slide Bushing, 41mm Showa Inverted fork, Pair
Fork Guide Bushing, 41mm Showa Inverted fork, Pair
Fork Dust Seal, 41mm slider, Showa Inverted fork, Pair
Fork O-Ring Kit, 41mm Showa Inverted Fork, Pair
Fork Oil Seal, 41mm slider, Showa Inverted fork, Pair
do i only need one pair of each of these parts?
everything is from americansportbike.com and also will i need this? They say that its not neccesary to change when just doing oil and seals.
Copper Crush Washer, Showa Inverted Forks, Pair

you prob wont need the o ring kit and the crush washer. but all the other parts are correct. yes you only need 1 pair of everything.

you will need a quart of fork oil.

you dont need the crush washer because it is not necessary to remove the damper rod assembly to service the seals and bushings. just dont remove the allen bolt from the bottom of the fork. i have rebuilt mine before and can answer any questions you have.

check out my post in that thread. there is a good video walkthrough for the whole process. but like i mentioned before there is no need to remove the damper rod assembly. you can if you want though.
