I am doing the belt upgrade on my bike, all I need to do is remove and install the new front pulley. I just need to know what size. I measured it at 1 7/8. Is this the correct socket size? I look at Autozone and O'reilly's and can't find a socket that big. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sorry no help here, I took mine off my old bike but used a buddies sockets for hitches I know it was a 3/4" drive.

Took a little effort since I didnt have the sprocket tool, just used friction to break it loose.

I used one from work.. Check with a local automotive or truck shop, maybe you know someone there? If i remember right, it's a left hand thread too. Maybe someone can verify that before you put the impact gun on er'. And yeah, 1 7/8 sounds right. Usually a socket that size is 3/4 drive, but borrow an adapter that goes from 3/4 to 7/8 too. best of luck!
