So as most of you know I am in the middle of a new build on my bike. Well all I need is the fairing and air box to be painted and the bike is set. Well other than the fact it will NOT start.

Here is what I have, don't have, and have checked.

Haves,
Fuel Pump primes just fine, (disconnected the fuel line at the throttle body and fuel pumps out just as it should). Starter turns the engine over great, lights work, horn works, gauge works, everything seems to be just fine.

Have Nots,
No Spark and no fuel through the injectors

What I have trouble Shot,
swapped ECMs, Swapped tip sensors, swapped batteries, swapped all fuses and relays, literally filed all ground contact points to bare metal (even ran a couple jumper grounds just in-case), checked over all plugs, new plugs, new wires, checked power to all in and out leads.

Might have forgotten a thing or two but can anyone help????

Level / tip over sensor.

I also hooked up ECMspy and couldn't get it to read a damn thing, wouldn't do diagnostics, show trouble codes, shows nothing. Also in-case I have version 1.12.26

Might be a few dumb questions, but I'll ask anyway.

Have you chased your fuel lines down to check for pinches/kinks?

Have you chased down wires to check for chaffing from the fuel pump and ignition coil?

Did you ever tear this motor apart? or did you just do the primary cover?

did you check you crank position sensor?
considering both ignition and fuel are not working, maybe the ECM is not getting a reading of the position of the crank to know when to fire gas and electricity to the plugs...

I'm googling stuff right now so if any of it mentioned sorry.

No spark (http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-Firebolt-XB12-XB9/Troubleshooting/Please-Help-Spark-plugs-not-getting-spark.)

no spark - buellforums (http://www.buellforums.com/forum/showthread.php?p=47710) - This is saying bank angle sensor.

still looking...

If the ecm does not communicate with your laptop, start there. Where does the power come from to wake it and why is it not getting there. If the ECM doesn't come on you get nothing.

there are good troubleshooting flowcharts in chapter 4 of the manual.

im thinking its the cam position sensor behind the timing cover that people change

check to make sure your ECM is getting power, you said its not linking to your comp maybe its not linking to anything. check that all your grounds and such arent loose or disconnected.

nope crank is much different than cam. i dont even think our bikes have crank sensors.
