A friend of mine told me about this event. Sounds like it could be a good time.

June 9th through June 12th, starting in Danbury CT heading up to New Hampshire, likely to be ~ 400 miles a day for 4 days of twisties and back roads through CT, MA, NH, and most likely VT..

I saw the posts for the Dragon, it sounds cool, but that's a bit too far for some of us..

Has anyone ever participated one of these events? If so, chime in. If you want more info you can check out www.motomarathon.com.

Also please note: I have no affiliation with them what-so-ever, but thought I'd put it out there and maybe meet up with a couple other semi-local Buell riders.

Oh I know the Shelburne, NH area very well...
$10 the Kancamagus Highway is on the route.
If you want mnt scenery, you have over 20 miles of it.
Now question is, more Track days / Motomarathon?
As I can only get so many days off of work...
Damn I need a sugar momma!!!

VT NH ME are great riding states, stay off the slabs and there isn't much traffic.
But pack for the weather, am will be sub 50s, and anyone that has been to Amerciade will tell ya, June + New England = Rain.

I hear you there CT, I saw the post for track days but I don't think I'm ready for that just yet being new to the sportbike scene and all..
It's always nice to get away for a few days and it's even better when you can bring the toys and leave the family behind for some real attitude recalibration..
I've done a bunch of riding in southern NH, not enough to know names and places. I've been up in the White Mountains a few times but oddly enough never on my bike, definitely looking forward to tearing up some twisties..
