I searched the forum as well as I could .. and couldn't find any video or step by step for removing the exhaust.. Anyone have either handy? Thanks in advance!

See pics starting at #18 (Remove Chin Fairing) and goes through #24. The steps in those pics are the manual way, but you can skip the axle lossening and tensioner removal by using a swivel and extension to get to the bolts on the rear muffler straps.

to get to the bolts on the back strap, you can do it with just an extension. Just remove the pulley guard.

its simple, chin fairing first, then header clamp, then butterfly valve, then three straps.

Awesome tips. Thanks very much. A buddy of mine was told something has to be done with the oil lines.. but by the pictures.. im assuming not true?

Looks like he is riding a 9, so there won't be one.

no, the reason for that is if you need to remove the primary cover, but its not necessary. The hardest part will be the back two straps, but you can get to them right by the rear pulley wheel when the pulley cover is off. Dont have to touch any oil lines.
