Ok, I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my XB9SX. My EGO correction % is sitting at 130% and will go up to 150% with the IAT temp rising. I've tested my IAT with another known good one and mine checks out. I'm wondering what everyone else is seeing for EGO corrections so I may get a base to work from in case I'm on the wrong trail. I've just replaced my intake seals and I'm still getting this reading so I think I may have gone on the wrong trail.

130% sounds a bit too much, the most logs I watched showed no more than 110-115%.

Did you get the same EGO corr. readings with the other IAT? Then the IAT seemingly gets "false heat", but this is not very common for XB, more for X1 with third party air filters.

On a cold start IAT and ETS must show the same value (at least within a small range). If temperatures differ and IAT is much higher, then the cable is probably chafed, touching ground. If IAT is much higher than ETS, then the cable might be broken, with the ends touching barely and rising the resistance through the cable. Or a corroded plug. Either error is commonly not static, but very fluctuating, especially when riding. Best suggestion would be to make a log while riding and examine that. IAT/ETS failures show a very clear pattern, usually.

IAT and ETS both show same (or at least within 1C or each other) temp readings. As I stated I did check it against a known good one. This really is driving me nuts.
