07 & 09 lever swap?

With aftermarket levers they are different. The clutch is the same, the brake levers are different from 07-09. OEM levers may be different.

Not sure but if the 09 has a stock adjustable lever for the clutch you will need the perch as well had one on cherry's Xb for awhile i trade with a guy over seas for it
