I'm going to pick my xb9 up today.
I'm just wondering if there is anything I should know about 03 xb9s or anything I should do to it immediately (other than change the oil)

i changed the oil, plugs and did a TPS reset as soon as i got my 09Scg home. I then proceeded to do the other stuff like removing belt guards, reflectors, stickers, mirrors, rear pegs, etc....really cleaned the bike up.

just picked up:

Wash/detail it. This way you gonna be able to get to know your bike piece by piece... and it's gonna look great.

Okay...
So it was in storage for 2 yrs prior to today. Tires were flat so I had to ride it to a gas station to fill it up.
I got the bike for $3k, then put $100 into changing fluids and what not today.
Also did the breather mod and took out the air siphon, then next week ill reset the tps and do the brakes. The front pads are almost done and it shakes under hard braking, so im thinking ill need a new rotor. Other than that it's amazing :p

haha this is true, love those pictures what camera are you using?

the first 2 pics are from my iphone. the last is with either my 7D or 550D..dont remember.

Sorry to thread jack OP...jus saying...when u get home...clean her up, take off the crap...and itll looks leaps and bounds better right away.
