Adjusting Front Suspension Forks rebound/damper/etc

I have a '07 xb12sTT. Can anyone direct me to some links/pages with good info on how to properly adjust the front forks for your weight and riding style?

At the top of the page should be a link to the service manuals. They say in there how to adjust for you weight. I still need to do that myself!!
