What an unlucky day. So, my bike was low on gas but I had to be at work. Surprise thunderstorm while I was at work so the bike sat during about 3hours of significant rain. Decided to get gas on the way home (still raining) to prevent running out of gas in the rain. The gas station didn't have 91 or 93 octane! WTF. SO I put in .5gal of 89 octane. WHen I got home the bike was idling at 1k (normal) but when I blip the throttle it would sputter.
Help?

1. Oxygen sensor damaged or malfunctioning (bike running
rich). See dealer.

Replaced the O2 sensor with the NTK, as it was readily available at the parts store. Hopefully it will solve the 60 mile per tank mystery. Only took about 2 hours to do the job, including a drive to another parts store to get a crow foot O2 sensor socket. Filled up with 93 octane, 2.5gal for a full tank. Drove it about 10miles to make sure everything was working properly. Everything seems good so far. Now we'll see if I get more than 20mpg.
** the NTK came with loc-tite anti-seize preapplied. I don't know if that's normal, but it was convenient.
Thanks for all the help!
