I ordered some Rizoma Zero 11 turn signals and their tail light and fender eliminator awhile ago and they FINALLY arrived (took about two months for some reason). Just installed them.
They are pretty slick. That's for sure. Although I will say that the license plate bracket/eliminator is a bit fussy. So many little parts to assemble and link up to make it sit just right. The install took much longer than any install of this kind should take, it was exacerbated by rather cryptic instructions.
The tail light it pretty slick, although I am disappointed that the tail section itself (that houses the LED light) is not made of metal, but rather some kind of composite or thick fiberglass. Fitment is ok not perfect. Definitely not like how it looks in the studio photos they provde. Honestly, I expected more from Rizoma.
Turn signals are bright as all get out and were easy to wire up and install. Each signal came in its own box and within each box were two in-line capacitors. On my Lightning I only needed one capacitor each for the rear signals. The front capacitors didn't need them. Probably could've swapped the capacitor pairs to the front ones, making the rears not need them.
Here is the link to them on Motovation USA's site (http://www.motovationusa.com/mvstore/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=821).
I've attached some crappy iPhone pics.

Looks good by your pics . The Rizoma parts I have and seen are usually top quality . Nice review . Is your bike standard height or the Scg lowered . I have the Scg and wondered how far the plate is from rear tire with the rear shock compressed .

Yeah, usually their stuff is so top notch. The tail elim is a bit lacking which really surprised me. My bike is indeed the Scg model. Good eyes!
Yeah, the Lotus is mine. Oh, and btw, it's an Exige. Not an Elise. ;)

Butters, I don't know which I'm more jealous of...the NICE looking blacked-out Buell, or the Exige. I have a Buell already, so I'd have to say the Exige. :D Let's see, 2 vehicles, 6 cylinders, LOTS of ways to get in trou...uh, I mean, have fun!

Well then, you'll be happy to know that I just supercharged it! Haven't done a dyno pull to compare to my baseline yet, but it should be good for something like 300bhp. w00t!

Sweet... 2 months is a long time who did you order them from?

Hey Butters,
Like minds, to some degree.... I also have a Buell/Lotus thing going on over here, in Australia. Although not an Exige, I have a Lotus Elise - Type 25 and a black XB12Ss.. Funnily when I first got the Buell, I had to explain to people that it appealed to the Lotus side of my brain with regard to innovative design and concepts etc.
Had the Lotus for 5 years and made a few mods, but simply just love every single time I get in it. Buell's just on a year old and I'm in love with that too.
Just sent my new helmet in to the painter, to paint my colours with a combination of Lotus and Buell stuff on it... glad to see someone else has the same bug.
Make no mistake, the joys of toys really does make me as poor as hell, because I've never been too wise with the sensible purchases. BUT, broke as I am, it's hard to wipe the smile from my face!
You have good taste, good sir!!

I ordered the parts from Motovation USA. Rizoma was just slow in making more of them for some reason.
Brett, I completely understand where you are coming from. The same aspects attracted me to the Buell, as well. The engineering and thinking behind it. It's different. It's unique. Whenever I take either ride out they garner so much praise. Not that I need people to praise me, mind you. But it is nice to know that I'm not in the standard Porsche or on the standard Japanese or Italian sport bike.

Looking nice! Is that the RSS that LeFox sells on here? Looks pretty good. Is it truly a mirror image of the stock left side scoop?

Some pretty nice looking vehicles Butters but the Buell is missing some 5-0dro products IMHO! ;) I love the mono-tone look on both! Is that a dent in your headers?

It is the one LeFox sells, yes. It is pretty bloody close to being a mirror image, yeah. In comparison to the left side original scoop, the main difference is that the edging around the opening of the scoop is moulded into the piece, rather than being a separate piece to create the edge line as on the original left one. Still, gotta say I like it a lot...MUCH more than the Buell original part that I initially bought and never installed when I realized from the top, it just wouldn't match the left scoop.

From the pictures, it looks like the opening is not as tall. Is that true?

50dro, yeah that is indeed a dent in my headers. Bought the bike that way, which is unfortunate but it doesn't really bother me. I do need some sliders on the forks!

That's too bad! The headers aren't exactly easy to remove. A lot of people wrap their headers to hide such blemishes. You might try cleaning them up with a Scotchbrite pad and WD40 but that may show the blemish even more?
Let me know if/when you want some products. I'm offering a 10% discount through the end of the month if you buy more than one product. Thanks for the consideration!

Yes, the opening is just a whisker shorter to allow for the headers. If it were exactly the same size as the let one, we'd be talking melted plastic and cut outs etc. That said, the difference is hard to notice unless you're really looking for it, and in comparison to the original Buell part, it's head and shoulders above that..

I've been meaning to buy the RSS but I'm having a hard time justifying the price.
Also, I'm trying to figure out why my headlights dim randomly and that might require dumping a bunch of cash into it already.

50dro, yeah I was thinking of wrapping the headers. I may still do that, but don't really want to spend the time. Hahaha! Maybe I'll just pay someone to do it. But, honestly, when I bought the bike it already had a few scuffs on it so I've just accepted it as it is.
Kinda goes with the character of the bike. Looks like something I'd ride through the zombie apocalypse with anyway... so I'll just let the scratches and dings rack up as "character". ;)
I know it's kinda played at this point, but I may even get the few plastics of the bike done up in a matte black and complete the post-apocalyptic look!
