Cortech SuperMini Mounting question

So after extensive searching, I couldn't find info on where the rear strap is supposed to mount on an xb9sx. I understand the included instructions say to mount to the frame under the seat, but where on the frame? Could I just slide the strap over one of the rear mounting hooks for the seat?
