so im in the fast lane adn all the sudden i feel the dreaded sway. yep i caught two nails. they were in dead center side by side within an inch apart on my new freaking less then 2000 miles on them tires.so i plug them on the side of the road adn go to pump it up with the whip it cartridges hooked up to the tire nozzle trick. well i cracked the dam plastic twist top like an idot lol. walked about a mile or so to the zone wich luckily just opened. bought a freaking air pump walked back to my bike and had to wave someone down to use thier cigarette plug in to pump the tire up. got to school took the tire off pulled the plugs out and over lapped some interior plugs bla bla. this should be an interesting experiment since the holes are close together like that. made it to school by lunch btw haaaa. geezz what an awesome morning.

Had my bike for about a week, couple hundred miles on my tire and felt the sway going about 65 on highway. Pulled off the next off ramp and couldn't turn as the back end was just washing out so I ran straight through the turn, into the ditch, through the ditch up into the grass. Bout sh*t myself! Had a slice in my tire about 2" wide. Still don't know what I hit.
Glad you didn't go down!

Glad you're ok, that could have gone badly with the areas that close together. We all really have to watch out for debree the small stuff well just as long it's just a Tire and not your backside. The softer compound tires are great for grip but everything else does too! Check your tires regular and every once in a while you will find something trying to do damage to small to see at a glance but will still cause a flat. I ride Mountain Roads so falling rocks etc, be careful & Ride Safe.*Jimi
