Yes it is!!!! I posted on craigslist in Dallas and had one call but he has a Lightning SS.........It sucks because his plastics are yellow also.

Been doing some research and it looks as if a LONG tail will fit a Regular xb frame.....

Anyone know of any pics floating around that show a long tail on a lightning/firebolt.
