East Palestine, OH - spotting??

I was adventuring the backroads of Eastern OH on Friday afternoon (Columbiana County roads are great! and then over to OH 164 - sweeper city).

Anyway, in E. Palestine I could have SWORE I saw a TT on a side street. I was on my sTT as well.

Anyone on this board?
