Well i have been waiting a long time to come across a good deal on a Buell and i finally did. Its an 07 xb12scg with 7700 miles on it. We got it for $3350 which is an awesome deal in my book. The bike is bone stock and has absolutely nothing wrong with it(this is the first bike ive owned that doesnt have any problems lol).
I got a chance to ride it yesterday and it feels amazing. Tons of tourque, handles like its on a freakin rail and the v-twin rumble is like music to my ears. Im very anxious to start with the mods such as airbox delete,K&N,hawk exhaust and race ecm just to name a few. For the most part everybody on buellxb seem like an awesome group of guys who are in it for the ride. Ill keep you guys updated on the bike. and oh ya in case you were wondering i am "Agate's" son lol. Happy Buelling!

Hi AgateJrXB12S,

Bike looks very good. The deal is a jackpot :)
I can just imagine how happy you are.

As to the Mods:
1) Right side Air Scoop - VERY IMPORTANT (Factory one is cheaper but Speed of Colour is beautiful and matches the Left one good)
http://www.speed-of-color.de/Media/Shop/xbgkf-006_prod.jpghttp://www.speed-of-color.de/Media/Shop/ProductTextMedia/xbgkf-006c.jpghttp://www.speed-of-color.de/Media/Shop/ProductTextMedia/xbgkf-006e.jpg
It will really improve the Engine Cooling which is critical for the Rear Cylinder.

2) Axle Sliders (crash protectors) - VERY IMPORTANT!!! Sure you can take it from 5-0 Dro to support a BuellXB member. (Nobody complained about his quality) Sandro I am waiting for your props:p

3) Frame Pucks (does not make your frame to look much better but saves it from dents - IMPORTANT!!!)

3) Tail (Cheese Grater) Chop makes the bike to look more sharp.

4) Maybe Headers Ceramic Coating :) if you got alot to spend :p
American Sport Bike does this service.

5) MUFFLER is a voice corrector of the Buell Soul :):):)
It would make you to love the bike even more :D

6) As to the Air box delete... Try not to hurry up things. I have heard some people about returning to it again. K&N filter is not bad idea of course.

My advice is to read alot from here firstly. Then you will get a very clear and experienced idea of what mods are good.

Remember ATGATT rule!!!

Take care of your Buell well:)

Right side Air Scoop - VERY IMPORTANT (Factory one is cheaper but Speed of Colour is beautiful and matches the Left one good)

Thanks for the recommendation SonderMann! The right side scoop was one of the other mods i had in mind. Ill defiantly look in that specific one because i want it to look identical to the stock left scoop.

Welcome and congrats on your new bike! Your liat of mods are the first ones I did. Randy Hawk will get you taken care of on the exhaust, computer, and cutting the cheese grater. I just drilled 2 inch holes around the sides of my airbox cover. It sounds good but not to loud.

A SCG outer fork tube lines up with the top screw of the fender without the rider on it. Sigh.

NOT lined up with the top screw.

My bike Black and Red Firebolt (SCG) zaxrex next to my bike regular height. Look at where the top fender screw lines up with the outer fork tube on my bike and zaxrex fork tube lines up with the top of the fender.
