p/n question for xb12

Hey guys,

would any of you ahppen to have the p/n's for the o-rings on the drain plugs as well as the seal for where you put the primary oil in. I would like to have a few on hand, just got my Buell and want to make sure if and when?

I already did this in my garage. I got the parts from asb. The inspection cover gasket number is 34819-03A. Sorry didnt keep the package from the o rings. Ill chime back in later when i find my parts catalog for the o ring number if some doesnt beat me to it

Ok .. The parts catalog lists the O-ring part number as

11105 O-RING, oil drain plug

Make sure to NOT over tighten the Drain Plugs on the Buells they can Strip out easily. Just snug will do the job.[Welcome to the Forum.] Also when you tune the bike up . Use the NGK plugs Dcpr9eix and just check them with a wire gapper. They are ready to install. The tip of the Electrode is really easy to damage. It's a great plug and gets better starting power.Ams Oil 20/50 works good in the Engine w/ a stock oil filter Dealer or Napa. Some of the Dealers are at this time Buell Friendly,and if you are in good with them a lot of the parts Especially the Small stuff is realatively cheap!We kinda have to feel that out as we Buellers go nowdays.Amsoil also works good in the Transmission and only needs Exactly one Quart for the Transmission. There are Manuals at the top of the Page and plenty of help here as well.*Jimi[up]

#41 o-ring...common size, multi use, use google search, have the military spec number o-rings at home, but I'm still in the middle east, so can't share at the moment
