Im in the process of building a bike from nothing. Its going to be a lightning front with a fire rear. I need currently-

left rear set w/ peg
rims front/rear
clip-ons
throttle tube
front brake setup
and a ton more that I cant think of what so ever right now.

I also have rims, and what kind of wiring harness are you wanting? you're taking the stock mounting locations for both out of the equation.
