like mentioned before, check the bike out thoroughly, find out history if you can about the previous owners riding habits, check the VIN # out for history, if the damage is cosmetic, make a list of things which need to be replaced, price it out and go from there...price does seem low, but maybe the current owner doesn't have a clue for what to really ask for it. get some pics if you can, post 'em up and we can give you some more insight, just my 2 cents, good luck
