I wanted to pass along another option for bar end mirrors. You can find them on Amazon for under $1. I've had them on my bike for hundreds of miles without any issues. They adjust very easily with a small allen key and look decent too. Not premium by any means, but another option that looks a lot better than the stock antennae (IMO).
Type in "mirrycle" on Amazon and you'll find them right away. They're for pedal bikes, but work great for the ones with motors too! You'll need to grind down the metal sleeves to fit Renthals.

they get the job done well, sitting idle you really can't make out what's behind you cause of engine vibration, very easy to install into stock bars, metric Allen wrench comes with the set, had only one installed on my bike since '06, replaced it with the Stealth I mirrors for new look

I'm putting Renthal Ultra Lows on my XB12 and plan to grind a set of these mirrors down to make them work. I really do like them, and it's comforting to know they're cheap enough to be expendable. I'll post some pics if I can make them look pretty. I actually don't get much blurring in the mirrors at idle.

Did I seriously post that you can get them for under $1? Nice proof reading...I meant under $15. [smirk]

Have these on my Thunderbolt and am not crazy about them. When I wear my riding gloves the knuckle protectors hit them and cause them to move. Tightening them helps but still a bit of a pain. I am also not crazy about how they look, like $15 mirrors [smirk].

For anyone interested in cheap bar-end mirrors, you may also want to look at "Ken Sean" mirrors. They're basically Napoleon knock-offs and can be had for $15-20 on Amazon. I have them on my SV650 and they work great. They look good and are large enough to be useful.
