good price, or a little to high?

so looking for at least a 2008. they seem hard to come by, but found this an hour north of me. im thinking with that millage its a little to high. what would be a good starting price? the price is in canadian aswell.

here's a couple from the North Central United States. IDK if they are close to you or not, but it'll give you a idea on pricing and mileage. Tried to stay in the north central area, and tried for 08 and newer air cooled Buells, hope it helps.
