2004 XB9R with factory race kit

Supposedly in perfect condition with factory race chip, dual outlet exhaust, and K&N filter, has about 9,000 miles on it. Has a gel seat, black windscreen, and a cover, plus the stock seat and windscreen.
NADA and KBB show about $3300-3500 but they always seem to be low on motorcycles.
What would be a decent price for this bike?

That's about what I thought, but I've been in touch with the owner since I posted this message and I guess the bike comes with a silver lined gas tank or something else he's not telling me about.

silver lined gas tank? maybe a silver frame, but that's all the early 9's I believe. Figure out what the other thing is and let us know.

Need cleaning but had the race pipe and ECM under the grime was a not to bad buell
