pretty close to hero blue

Looks great! Is there a purple tint to it or is that just the lighting?

yeah it kinda changes color in different lighting its got that purplish in it. the color is bright sapphire blue metallic

This is as close as I could get. When you do the other wheel mask off the bearing surface. and rotor contact points.(might be the pic but it looks as if you didn't mask these areas)

yeah my wheels have a purplish tint to it, either way i like the color, i dont care what any one thinks, i know its not hero blue and yes hammer yours is pretty much exact,i like your wheel but i like mine as well because its different i wont see most or maybe no bikes with the color i have, i think its good sometimes to be different. ill take pictures of it on the bike with the blue plastics its gonna look sick, i havent put the tire on yet because its memorial weekend and my shop is closed :(, thanks to all and hammer, thaloc, for your corrective criticism :D

Glad you didn't take it the wrong way, The masking will help tenfold when putting rotor back on as well as bearings going back in. I hear ya on the color, very good to be different. Those wheels were done for a customer about a year ago, mine are a bit lighter with metal flake in it.

Seth, with that purple tint, your paint looks kind of like the Nuclear Blue that was on some tubers.

and hammer, i dont take things personally like some people on here, i would rather someone correct me when im wrong, and i also get on the forum to see what people think and if that involves getting negative feedback then so be it, i dont like to stir **** up and feed fire, all that matters is that i like it thanks everyone sorry if my post is misleading by saying "pretty close to hero blue" :p
