only wants to 'trade' and 'not sell'. if you get a trade or cash either way, doesnt that work out the same? shows no rego or proof of ownership. not wanting to put **** on anyone, but is it legit or a scam? hard to tell.
just for interest... based on speedo detail mentioned, at 21k the bike would have travelleved 17500m.

^no it doesn't work out the same. If I sell outright and then buy another bike both parties would have to pay sales taxes. If I traded someone then there would be no sales tax, plus it takes away some of the hassle of trying to sell, then find another bike.
How exactly do you want me to prove ownership? Post a picture of the title with my name on it and my license so you know it's actually my name? To be honest I only understood about half of what you were trying to say. I own the bike. I have a clear title in hand. If someone was interested we would obviously be forced to meet in person to trade in which case there would be no question either way.
And please explain your math as to how you think my bike has 17,500 miles.

mate... then all good.
no bad, but you gotta look at it from others views as well. dont take offence. it was a simple question. there is no view of a plate or anything like that. that is all. where i am a trade still attracts costs with ownership transfer.
math is easy if you say 70mph means you are showing 90ish. that is 20% diff. so the miles shown would be something similiar. you wouldnt get close to twice the miles unless your speedo is showing 130-140 when you are doing 70.
good luck wiht your trade mate.

No problem...sorry my temper flared so much. I can see where you are coming from with my post count I guess. I just can't seem to find anyone close to me that wants to trade.
I didn't actually know that was the way you found out. So if I have 21K and it says I'm going 93 when I'm going 70 then the difference is 23% which would be a difference of 4,830 miles which means I have 16,170 miles on my bike give or take a few. Thanks for that.

I know here in Georgia you don't have to pay sales tax on a vehicle if it is already titled for Georgia, but I'd you buy a bike from out of state te sales tax comes into play. States can be different. Just a little advice on your add. I would put the area code on your phone number, because most areas now require it to call and you might get more hits. IMO
