my axle looks funny

on the left fork on the inside the lip on the axle sticks out when i tighten my wheel and torque it, it doesnt look centered i dont know if i gotta push the fork in more and then tighten down the pinch bolts or what??

and i cant get my wheel bearings to come in contact with the spacer, the spacer is all loose inside :p
i keep pounding on it but the bearings wont budge and theyre in there straight

the left side the axle is pushed in causing the gap right there and the right side is up against the fork
i dont know if its supposed to be like that? i figured not but i dont know thats why im on here asking

is the spacer close to contacting?
if not you need a new spacer.
Theres a spec some where to how wide it is supose to be
