What's the make of the cowl? Will is fit an ScG seat?

Thanks:) the cowl is not damaged btw... my bike has never hit the ground. I am selling the cowl because I have passengers too often and it's a bit of a bitch to take on & off the seat (at least my seat). It may be easy on the stock Scg seat...
