I bought my 2005 Scg with only 5,700 miles.
Now 30,000 miles later I have no regrets. What a great bike.
2 failures:
1 clutch cable
1 headlight element
NO I wouldn't buy another but this ride sure has been fun.

Why wouldn't you buy another!?
I don't think I'd ever buy any other bike after owning a buell. So fun and easy to maintain.

HD shut down all production in 2009.
EBR now sells austrian powered bikes and offers NO support of the bikes he dsigned for HD after 2003.
HD offers no support of the EB designed bikes they sold after 2003.
Lesley is working class and WILL NOT depend on an internet board for all future repairs. I appreciate all the info from everyone on here and it isn't personal. I am 45 years old and I ain't gonna struggle to find a mechanic when things do fail.
I've got my moneys worth out of it already/NO regrets:)

I thought HD offered part support through 2017, or something like that?[confused]

^Yep 7 years IIRC. So about 2017.
Well it's all good, just doesn't make sense to me, you have one of the easiest/cheapest bikes to maintain and say you won't buy another because of lack of support. Parts are still out there(and cheap) and they are easy to work on. There will still be aftermarket when HD stops supporting them, and most parts are shared by other bikes. JMO though...

I am 45 years old and have NO DESIRE to work on ****. I did that when I was younger.
There is NO support. Believe what you want. This thread is not for debate or bashing. I've had good luck with mine and thought I'd voice my sentiments.
