ft axle allen size?

on a lighting it has a allen head to take the axle out. does anyone know what size the allen wrench is?

but it really is 7/8, not that .009" makes a difference at that size it just bugs me for some reason that 22mm sticks with everyone.

my 09 is 22mm wich makes sense with the wheels and axles being from china maybe they changed something or maybe harley had access to the 7/8 tool for cheaper than the 22mm at some point.

i found a bolt with a 7/8 head and 2 jam nuts new tool $2.75
