Shifter seal p/n help

Service book says "it is recommended to replace shifter shaft seal whenever the primary cover is removed." But it doesn't indicate a part number. So I go to the parts book, page 13, and the only part I can see that might be correct is

Line 11......p/n: 37101-84A

My question is, the service book calls it a SHIFTER SHAFT SEAL, but the parts book refers to it as OIL SEAL, SHIFTER SHAFT.

Is this the same thing?

Thanks squid, great advice. I was curious about that bushing because it looks like the other half of that seal in the parts book.

I'm also replacing all my bearings. Is it required to replace the spacers as well, or are they reusable? Or will they be too damaged from removal?
