So I picked this bike up early spring as a wrecked salvaged early spring and fixed her up. After riding 7,500 miles I need more power like the old 12 that I had years ago. So I will be converting it to a 12 over this winter. I have the crank still need to get the throttle body and a new exhaust. Possibly getting the heads done depending on how much that would run me. But any way here are some pictures!

Before. It was only knocked over in a parking lot had a small dent that i filled in.

Ok here is whats done to the bike so far... black everything its satin black paint or gloss black powder, painted motor (used h-d texture black for a factory finish) CR bars, crg levers, cheep o grips, drummer exhaust with the ss packing and i added the internal skid plate so i dont have to worry about bashing it in, race map in ecm, HID head lights, chopped tail, LED turn signals, smoked brake light with built in signals. Ummm thats all i can think of here are some more pictures.

Little ass dent

very nice, where did you get the pulley cover?

Thanks! My buddy made the pulley cover at his work. (Gotta love cool free stuff) It looks really trick! It has a little bit of gap from the edge of it to the edge of the pulley now. I rode the bike 2 times and snapped the pos 03 belt. I up graded to the 04+ and the newest belt. Its doesn't look bad the new sprocket is just a bit bigger than the 03.

Wow! I be the first to admit.... i ride like a mad man. But i dont skimp on my bike. I change the oil every month. But thats mostly because i get my oil free. I work at a bike shop and i save all the left over oil. But the belt was just a weak link that i figured would happen. But really the 2nd ride!?

nemo, seeing as your xb already fell, i would get some frame pucks for that bad boy so it doesn't fall again on that possibly weakened frame! Just my 2 cents, they are under 100 bucks, and also black to match your style!

I dont think the dent very minimal. I dont think i have any real problems to worry about the frame. And i was kicking around the idea of getting pucks!
