Rear fender/eliminator/un-eliminator?

I am piecing together a buell that is missing the rear. The only thing i can't seem to find is the center section of the sub frame. I Think I am getting the name of it wrong in search engines. Is it called the rear fender? Because the hugger is always called the rear fender. I don't care if it's cut or not(i want a cut one but can cut it). All I have found is the expensive ones and brand new ones for $. I might just buy one of these if they don't require core.

Most people call it a cheese grater on here, and there is no core charge through diesel moto for that part. However if you search ebay I'm sure there is someone selling a used rear fender assembly
