Hey Guys I need your expertise again.
I have a 2004 XB12S and have been looking at crashed 2008 XB12S to buy as for a source of spare parts. Just wanted to know if everything should be compatible. For example are the frames and engines compatible or are there any small differences between the model years.
Also as the bike isnt local for me ive only seen photos and wont be able personally look at it. Am I crazy for buying a crashed bike without seeing it. Im mainly interested in the engine and have been told it starts but do you guys know of any poblems that might arise from an engine out of a crashed bike. Cracked case, broken mounting points etc, etc
