You likely fall into one of two categories regarding this Norton/Buell custom:
- It’s a disgrace to Norton
- It’s a disgrace to Buell
I am guessing there are more on this forum who fall into the second category!

I personally don’t mind it (at least it’s not a chopper!) but in the end I fail to see how it’s an improvement on either an XB or a Manx. There were probably some interesting challenges getting a wire spoke wheel mounted on the rear.

It's just kind of whatever for me. Doesn't blow me away, but I don't hate it.

1badtitan, what about the forks don't you like? That they are gold?

The front looks out of place and the contrasting colors makes it look unfinished. otherwise I like it - the change from the ztl brake. [up]

[down] for destroying a buell [up] dor doing something new.

With that being said it is not a work of art or a new design of ingenuity in my eyes. They took a great sculpture and added a bunch of pieces from another sculpture and called it there own. Its like taking the head off the statue of liberty and puttig it on the brazilian jesus statue. Just doesnt do it for me.

One of a kind. To each their own. MAIN THING IS THAT THE MAKER/OWNER GETS OFF ON IT. No other bike like it. [up][up] for originality.

Actually that reminds me, there was a UK outfit called Mac Motorcycles a while back that was doing something interesting stuff with the Blast:

Potentially cool cafe, but oh so wrong to associate it with any Norton much less a Manx! Just think what the guys on the Norton forums must be saying! I mean the average Manx must be worth $25,000-$50,000 or so these days.

i really like the scoop set up. looks symmetrical and large enough to move some air to the motor.

hanging another manufacturer's brand stickers on a Buell is just sacrilege.

Should have called it a Buell Man-X or something.
