Just got my 07 buell lightning XB12Ss a couple days ago and noticed something that has been bugging me...There's a cable on the side of the bike that isn't connected and just zip tied to the side. I traced it back and it runs to the air filter cover. I'm not to mechanically inclined and could use some help on figuring out why its not connected.. thanks!!

what brian said. originally it went from electronic servo unit on top of air filter cover lid down the side of bike, towards rear, and attached to exh. servo valve on top of stock muffler.
