I just installed a ZTL2 setup on my 08 Scg and noticed that on the 09's the brake line is routed INSIDE the fork and on the 10's it's routed OUTSIDE. Anyone care to comment? Is there a rub strip or anything on the fork to prevent chafing?

I think there may have been a recall on the ZTL2's routed inside but I could be wrong. I don't have any further details unfortunately...

There should be a rub strip regardless of where it is routed. The tube rotates, so you should just be able to make sure it is lined up correctly.

Sandro - confirmed on the brake line routing recall, thanks

Wolfo - I agree on the rub strip. Just had the whole front of the wife's new Altima done with clear 6 mil paint protection film. I'll swing by the shop and ask for a piece. There's actually a bunch of factory anti-chaf areas that could use replacing
