Just bought a 08 xb12s from WA, had it registered in BC and after a month of work, here it is.

Any other XB owner here, maybe we can go ride together.

I am bcbueller on that forum and I also work in the bike industry

My girlfriend and I are coming up to BC this next june for the tough mudder race. still deciding if i want to bring my lightningSS up and make a road trip of it or hold out this early spring and get a touring bike for it. cant wait to ride in BC tho... soooooooooooo damn excited

Nice bike,,, I am down in Oregon, but get up there in the spring each year. Normally each year, typically in late april theres a great car and motorcycle swap meet and show just south of you in Mt Vernon Washington on a Saturday, and when the planets align theres a show & swap meet up in BC in the Delta at Tswassen The same weekend on a Sunday put on my by my friend Todd Copan. I usually am there each year and camp out at the facility and often work security before the event.
If you like,,,,, doubt ill be on my Buell but happy to buy you a beer or 3. You Canadians are WAY overpriced on your beer and liquor and Ill bring some good stuff up from Oregon.
Both events are well worth checking out.
Also,, down here in Oregon I put on a Bike show and swap meet each year (See <www.NWCarandCycle.com> ) and normally its in July but I am helping put on the Internatiional Norton Owners rally here in Oregon in July and so we are in discussion about moving the Museum Bike show and swap to early September and I am looking to add a NW Buell Meet to the calender at the same September event at the Museum,.

do some training at elevation as the Mudder is held at Olympic Village and you will be up in the mountains, you will have a helluva good time for a great cause.

stand up guy who goes the extra mile for fellow Buellers

I'm in the middle of the Chilcotin, half way between Bill's Puddle and Bella Coola, I don't venture into zombie land much as I prefer the solitude of nature and being away from people...oh and there are hardly any cagers out here
:D

It's essentially the same except for 3 key differences:
1. it's customary to shake hands, rather than merely wave, as you pass on-coming bikes
2. moose have the right of way
3. tires are required by law to be fitted with ice studs

where abouts are you coming to in Canada

I am in BC. I live on Vancouver island. Wave if you see me. It's pretty rare I see another xb around, especially ones that have been modified in any substantial way.
