Pit Bikes..... Yeah I'm a 27yr Old Kid

Thought I'd share my other bike projects to keep me from tinkering with my buell to much.... For those of you that don't know what these are they are called pit bikes as a lot of people use them to run around race events instead of walking... They are basically mini dirt bikes ment for kids but they make all kinds of stuff for them from bling bling to 210cc big bore stroker kits..... And can be cheap and fun or expensive and even more fun lol

They are mostly made from Honda crf50 or crf70 bikes but they copy all kinds of others too a lot of them are made in china so you have to watch quality but for the most part they are pretty stout....

I have 3 projects going right now a suspended Honda atc70. These were little three wheelers made from mid 70's to '85 and never ever came from Honda with any kind of suspension whatsoever so I started with a pit bike frame and went to town

Then I have a 50cc pit bike for my 7 yr old son..... He has a 125cc quad that is based off these same bikes but he has been bugging me for a dirt bike ever since mom left me get the buell this year lol

And lastly I just picked up a 125cc mid size pit bike. It's definitely a project but when it's done it's gonna be badass. It has a frame sorta like a buell... They call it a perimeter frame but still takes the Honda style engine.... It has bigger tires and suspension next to the little bikes but will fit me pretty good.

Oh... And I'm 36. We ride 50's. have a two bikes. One with an 88 and the monster has a 107 kit.

Man I snapped my rear shock arm two years ago on my 110cc xtreme. I still haven't bought a new shock I want to though.

I brought my RMZ250 up to my buddies cabin a few years ago. Over 3 or 4 days I rode my Suzuki maybe 2 hours. I rode his 50 for like 10+. I've been hooked ever since.. Might be part of the reason I've kind of trickled off here so much. I still check In here Mose days, I just don't post as much as I used to. But I'm on thumper talk and planet minis all the time...
