EBR Rotor Mod

I decided to try and tackle the rotor mod. Well I think I have the most stubborn 1125 of them all. Getting the rotor nut off took me awhile and once I had it off I had to go get a gear puller to get the rotor off. After all of that got everything back together fired it up and it spit oil all over the place. I ended up tearing the gasket, the local HD dealer didn't have the gasket in stock so I decided to order on through American Sport Bike but thought it would be the perfect time to go ahead and order my barker exhaust also.

Sucks you had so many issues. When I did mine last month, the rotor nut broke loose surprisingly easy. The rotor also just slid right off, buttoned it all up and not a single issue with the gasket or oil leaks. But I did put a new one on cause I figured the original would rip, which it did.

Hopefully you can get it all aligned properly and eliminate the leaks. Good luck.

I have seen others drill their own holes, but not something I would want to try.

I will get it sorted out. Does anyone have any tricks to getting the gasket on and lined up correctly? I was trying to find some guide bolts or something.
